Lemon Tree Writers are an enthusiastic group of poets, storywriters, novelists and playwrights mainly based in Aberdeen and surrounding areas; though their origins are from far and wide. They meet fortnightly to discuss their writing and share their work. New members, be they beginners or published, are made very welcome.
Meetings normally take place at the Belmont Filmhouse, 49 Belmont Street, Aberdeen AB10 1JS on alternate Saturdays from 11am to 1pm – see dates below.
We have been operating online meetings since March 2020. From 12 February 2022 we will be operating hybrid in-person/ online Zoom meetings same times, same dates, same format.
Places at in-person Belmont meetings should be booked in advance as places are restricted to ensure Covid safety. Contact email@example.com
Every effort will be made to include new members at Belmont meetings. New members are welcome to join the Zoom part of hybrid meetings at any time – contact firstname.lastname@example.org
